Tracy Wood – President of On Pointe Brokers, Inc,. is consistently managing and molding the real estate practice to support consumers during all facets of home ownership.

In 2004, Ms. Wood envisioned the idea of a more robust and comprehensive approach to Real Estate. On Pointe Real Estate – A professional corporation was born. 

Real Estate practice has become far less professional and integral than it once was many moons ago. Tracy recognized a serious decline in the ethical behaviors and daily practices of agents, and decided someone had to do something. Why not let it be me!

Integrity above all things became the mantra for the business from inception.  Helping people that were locked into a commodity approach to real estate, and re-educating them on their rights, responsibilities, and their choices became the core ideology.
