Tracy Wood – President of On Pointe Brokers, Inc,. is consistently managing and molding the real estate practice to support consumers during all facets of home ownership.
In 2004, Ms. Wood envisioned the idea of a more robust and comprehensive approach to Real Estate. On Pointe Real Estate – A professional corporation was born.
Real Estate practive has become far less professional and integral than it once was many moons ago. Tracy recognized a serious decline in the ethical behaviors and daily practices of agents, and decided someone had to do something. Why not let it be me!
Integrity above all things became the mantra for the business from inception. Helping people that were locked into a commodity approach to real estate, and re-educating them on their rights, responsibilities, and their choices became the core ideology.
Ms. Wood decided the need for major disruption in the real estate space was long overdue. With the development of her concierge team approach, the relationships she has fostered over the years with escrow professionals, title officers, and notary publics, and the basic premise that all American’s have the fundamental right to live the American dream of home ownership and creation of wealth, Tracy decided to become a licensed broker (formerly Real Estate Agent only), and control the destiny for all of her prospective clients.
Tracy has a proven successful track record of more than 30 years in Telecommunications, Internet Technology, and 20 years in real estate, loans, and business management. Tracy’s goal is to help reshape the American Dream for all persons and develop innovative new products that keep owning property affordable for all Americans.
During her technology career she established and managed major accounts for GTE, MCI, Allegiance, and First World Communications. Tracy excelled in these capacities, ranking first place in sales both regionally and nationally at all of the aforementioned firms.
Tracy is a newly married mother of two girls ages 18 and 19. She enjoys golf, Xbox gaming, flying her drone, flipping homes, and spending free time with her children.
Bekki Davis, Co-Founder of On Pointe Real Estate, and Training Officer for the practice, has been in Real Estate since 2014. During this time, Bekki has specialized in the difficult and sometimes highly emotional aspects of Probate, Hording homes, and elderly transitioning. We all know how hard it is when someone passes. This can bring out the best and worst in families. It is important to have a professional person who is qualified to act as a fiduciary and be responsible for transparency. Often, we see people become quite tribal and take sides. They employ agents who can very often exacerbate the animus, and it ends up costing tens of thousands of dollars. This is financially painful for families, for the heirs, and it serves no one. The ability to keep the parties informed and everyone treated fairly keeps everyone out of court, and the money and assets in the possession of the families, not the agents.
Bekki has successfully rehabilitated several homes in need of repair, cleaning of debris and decades worth of waste. This was not to flip the home. This was to return the home to the owner, in better, cleaner, and safer condition than how she found it.
Bekki Davis is also the President of Ride Rite Motorcycle Training for the last 22 years. Ride Rite is a prominent business with the largest motorcycle training facility in California. Ranked top among her peers, Bekki has maintained a focus of customer first in her business. Tens of thousands of Californians have learned to ride right through her training program.
Bekki is married with two children. She loves riding motorcycles, horses, and golf.
